Q: How can we get a price? What information should I let you know ?

Pls. kindly advise below information :

1.size of the products (Length x Width x Height)

2.material and surface finishing (we could advise if you are not sure)

3.printing colours (we could quote based on CMYK if you are not sure)

4.quantity

5.FOB price is our usual price term,if you need CIF price,please  let us know your port of destination.

6.If it is possible ,please also provide with pictures or design sketch for checking.Sample will be best for reference. If not ,we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.

Q:Can we get some samples? Any charges?

Yes, you can get free samples in our existing ones,but you need to paid courier cost.  If you need samples with your designs, then it will need to be paid sample charge by you.

Q: What format of design artworks we should supply? 

AI; PDF; CDR; PSD is very popular, pls. kindly make sure following of artworks during creating:(*****Pls.kindly turn all fonts to the curve; all pictures need to meet 300DPI at least )

Q: Can you help with the design?  

We have professional designers to help with simple information such as logo and some images.

Q:How can I know production progress of products?

Don’t worry , we will email you pictures of each process to let you know the production progress of products twice a week. Such as raw material ready, printing ,surface finising etc.  Let you be relieved after placing order to us ,then enjoy your life or do other thing without worrying about the order.

Q: What about the lead time of sample and mass production?

Sample: It depends on the product craftwork. Normally 5 to 7 workdays after confirmation of design artowrk and receiving sample charge.

Mass production: It depends on the product craftwork and quantity, Normally 30-35 days after confirming order and receiving deposit.

Q: How Can I know  I can get products with all correct specification ?  

We must make samples as your specification and send them to you for confirming, we will make mass production after getting your confirming.   If you won’t come to our factory for inspection before shipping, we will send you several samples from bulk and email our inspection report to you with pictures of all specification for checking before shipping.
